Immersive Onboarding

Website onboaring experiences are sometimes too boring and cumbersome.

We created a fun, engaging & personalized experience for an AI-PaaS startup that invites customers to share their goals, pain points & current areas of focus, and accordingly suggest the best offerings to help them grow.

Our solution was a cross platform Web 3D experience that can be integrated into the website, mobile app and also immersive kiosks to engage audiences at all touchpoints.

The interaction was simple and inspired by the Rubik's cube, where a customer would state different aspects of their problem and how the platform can almost magically solve those through their varied offerings - almost akin to solving a complex Rubik's cube.

The onboarding experience was also modular with an integrated CMS to dynamically update the different user roles, their goals, pain points etc. and also map out the solutions matrix.
